Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IAM implementations .
• Strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ components (Lifecycle Manager, Access Certifications, Workflows).
• Solid Java programming experience for custom rules, connectors, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow ITSM .
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, and compliance .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SailPoint upgrades, patching, and production support .
• Exposure to cloud IAM platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with RBAC, SoD, and audit/compliance frameworks .
• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise security programs .
